Lets face it; we all have problem spots on our bodies. We don’t like how this looks, we don’t look good in a bikini, and we need to hide this and that. Well why hide your body when you can do a few simple work outs a week and tone up those areas that you dread.
One issue that I see with a lot of my friends is legs and to be more specific, thighs. We see those skinny girls that have a gap between their legs when they stand up and we think that that is attainable (Don’t pretend that you don’t know what I’m talking about because, girls, I know you know). While this could be achievable, we should be more realistic and realize that we all have different shapes and sizes. So let’s not focus on becoming that skinny girl that eats everything and still is a stick.
This infographic above is something I found in Cosmopolitan Magazine. In the 2010 September issue, they give you 4 thigh-slimming workouts that only take 6 minutes to do, so no excuses for time. For each workout, you complete 3 reps of 10 for each leg. As your body gets used to the work out, you can increase the number of reps you do so you’re getting fit in less time.
Take the 6 minutes to do the exercise. Don’t settle for what you look like now; improve yourself!
