The Intern Queen Lauren Berger, who paid Syracuse University a visit last semester, and SU alum Foursquare co-founder Dennis Crowley have both made shout-outs to the university in the past month.

After compiling a list of the top 10 colleges in the United States to use Intern Queen, Berger announced through Twitter that SU is the number one school to use her site. Way to go Syracuse for dominating the internship market!

Also, Syracuse.com posted that the top 10 places to check in on Foursquare in Syracuse are all located on SU’s campus. Some of the places include Club Bird, Schine, the Quad and even Varsity. Why the general public finds these places so interesting, I haven’t a clue. I also don’t know why not a single bar or liquor store was on this list.
