Take Vitamins, Be Gorgeous

As a child, I absolutely hated taking vitamins. Every night after dinner, I secretly put my nasty Flintstone vitamin in a napkin and threw it away with the rest of my uneaten food. One night, to my dismay, my mother asked to see what was in my napkin. I’m not really sure how she knew, but I guess mothers really do know best. I got a long lecture on how I was wasting money and doing harm to my body by not taking my vitamins. I promised to never do it again.

I take multiple vitamins every day not only because they are good for my health, but also because they enhance natural beauty. And who doesn’t want to look their best? I suggest Vitamin E — the super anti-oxidant for healthy skin — and Vitamin B-Complex for healthy hair, skin, and nails.
