I’m sure some of you are confused by the title of this post, and are probably thinking, “What could my boob job and chicken McNuggets possibly have in common?” Why, polydimethylsiloxane of course! So what is polydimethylsiloxane? It is just a fancy way of saying “anti-foaming agent.”
It’s found in hair conditioners, caulk, silly putty, Pam Anderson, and McDonald’s chicken nuggets. If you somehow find yourself in London, however, fear not. No McDonald’s in the U.K. uses this ingredient in their nuggets. It’s only in the states that there is poly-whatever as well as more oil and fat. #AintthatAmerica.
So, next time you’re thinking of heading over to a McDonald’s, think twice before you order nuggets. I mean, they might taste great, but think of what you’re really eating. Part boob job, part chicken paste. For more information on what chicken paste is, check out this video.
